In order help ease people into the new Amethyst errata, Chris and Conan sat down with the file along with the FAQ an explained it all in this helpful PODCAST. We are as civilized as always. Along with answering questions, we also supply a few extra rules not offered in the errata that go into our personal game.

Goodman Games and Dias Ex Machina are now presenting the Amethyst Errata. Although many of its points are from concerns we had late in the game’s development, the vast majority came as a result from buyer feedback. It may not be the last but we feel comfortable this covers the vast majority of issues. The errata contains corrections, modifications, and additional rules to improve game balance.

In addition, check up on this later this week. We will soon be posting a podcast to detail these changes, answer questions, and offer a few homebrew rules not included in the errata.

Two points of interest today.
1: If you pre-ordered Amethyst from a retail store and have not received your DLC package, please contact the store and ensure they have forwarded your email to us.

2: For those that have the DLC and now have the Hearts of Chaos module (or have the module from our Free Games Day demo), you will notice the rules are from an earlier rule build. Use the rules from the new rulebook. That being said, I have created new Pre-generated characters for the HOC module which have been updated. They can be found here...

I have two articles to share. The first is an awesome article written by my new friend at LivingDice.com, Trask. This one offers an exclusive look at our first chapter.

The second cool article is a podcast interview I did with Todd from Emerald Press. It's the latest posting of CALive. It was supposed to be 30 minutes...it ended up being a full hour. Instead of mercifully cutting me down to length, he posted the entire thing. He insists I'm interesting to listen to. I'll take his word for it. :)

Biohazard is a free, stand-alone adventure not within the canon of Amethyst set far enough apart to showcase what can be done with our rules in a foreign setting. Download Biohazard now! FREE. I did say it was free?
