Dias Ex Machina Games

Is there a map or something of Canaam? I'm having trouble picturing where everything is. I can guess York is around the area of New York but don't know its borders, or if Selkirk is really in Selkirk or if its elsewhere.

EDIT: I'm an idiot. Its in the back of my book, right next to the ads I ignore routinely.
