When you use the widget bag does it's value depreciate?

Like if i have 200uc value of widget bag and i make repairs of 200uc is the widget bag empty? Or is the 200uc rather the limit of making or repairing things? does that value stay?

A widget bag absolutely depreciates since a widget bag could be used to make equipment. If you have 200 uc in your widget bag and you use 200 uc, it is empty.
