Just a quick question, in the Two handed Small arms Property on pg. 145 it states that if you move more then one square or are moved more then one square you take a -2 penalty to attacks until the start of your next turn.

Though, the Feat: RECOIL ABSORPTION it states that the penalty is -1. The alternate grounder from evolutions its precision feature states a -1 penalty as well.

could I get some clarification on this?

Yes, it is -2. Since the those other rules say they ignore the penalty, it's not worth inserting that into the errata. Not sure how we missed that one.

one more question, the sniper property says that the critical is dependent on the damage type... what exactly does this mean?

I guess that refers to stuff like "gauss", "laser", etc...

One more point, for a couple of the properties there seems to be an inconsistency with where they are placed. For instance Capacitor is a property but it only appears in the name of the weapon. ESP is another one that seems to follow this named property rather then a property property.

Yes, this is a point I am fixing with Renaissance. ESP is simply a BCP weapon with a high rate of fire that falls into the TL 2+ category. In Evolution, I gave them the new rules that ESP weapons could switch between auto and heavy auto settings (the swarm weapons). ESP does not have a property otherwise. Capacitor should be a property and it is for Renaissance. Renaissance also splits the coil and rail properties into their own definitions.
