July 22nd, 2010 In order help ease people into the new Amethyst errata, Chris and Conan sat down with the file along with the FAQ an explained it all in this helpful PODCAST. We are as civilized as always. Along with answering questions, we also supply a few extra rules not offered in the errata that go into our personal game.
July 14th, 2010 Goodman Games and Dias Ex Machina are now presenting the Amethyst Errata. Although many of its points are from concerns we had late in the game’s development, the vast majority came as a result from buyer feedback. It may not be the last but we feel comfortable this covers the vast majority of issues. The errata contains corrections, modifications, and additional rules to improve game balance.
2) The public has demanded and we have answered. You can now download the Amethyst Character Sheet. It has editable field codes.

December 12th, 2008 a FOURTH techan podcast. This one is the longest but by far the most entertaining. The players come across their greatest threat yet and I do everything in my power to kill them.
November 22nd, 2008 Techan Podcast, Part 3 is now online, where our valiant heroes dive into the deeper levels of Punjar. They go up against slavers, an oddly placed gorilla, and defend against the advances of amorous goblins.
November 9th, 2008 Techan Podcast, Part 2, where our techan heroes conclude their battle with the bums, grubbs, and senile otyugh. After its conclusion, listen to the extents the players will go to acquire treasure. I won't ruin the surprise but it does involve a flashlight and a human suppository...
October 29th, 2008 Techan Podcast. Okay, here's the deal: The guys and I sat down with Goodman's Sellswords of Punjar adventure but played the dungeon crawl with 4 techan classes. The first podcast got lost so this one recaps the first session and dives right into combat. Listen as four rifle/pistol/pipewrench weilding techans wade through the slums of the city's underground, battle accountants and theives, and somehow redirect an Otyugh into fighting on their side. This is a three part podcast.

When the GSL is announced on Friday, we'll have a better understanding. Remember the question and poll where you can still voice your opinion. Our final judgement will be announced on the June 9th podcast. Go here if anyone wishes to post questions, which we will address.

The LE Hardcovers have finally come in. And just like that, they are going out. Like I said, these editions are a numbered edition limited to only 21 prints and include the Nick Greenwood color print many of you have seen previews of. They are all signed. Further, I have included an additional bonus: Four additional full-size B+W prints from the same artist. They are randomized so no buyer gets the same ones. The 100$ donation price still stands for those still interested. Those that paid should check out this post to verify they are getting this package.
May 17th, 2008 An important question and poll in the forum I am hoping all will read and comment on.
D&D 4.0 or 3.5-based OGL? Which will it be?
May 10th, 2008 To those in the Prince George area, the Limited Edition Softcover of Amethyst is now for sale at Great White, located in Pine Center Mall. It retails for $45.99 cdn. To those balking at the price in comparison to our web listed price, consider this: The total cost with currency conversion and shipping from our press is the same price but you don't get a signed copy with the Limited Edition Nick Greenwood print.
May 3rd, 2008 Due to the recent announcement at WOTC, we here and Dias Ex Machina have decided to reduce the prices on the Amethyst product line. It should be noted, we are not abandoning this product line, we are encouraging support to help us plan for the future.

PODCAST - Our third of four podcasts before the release of Amethyst. This one features all the voices previously (Conan, Cam, Chris, Des, and "other" Chris). Here, we talk primarily about the artwork of Amethyst and how it has changed over the years. We talk about much of the art which is now being featured on the site. Huge kudos to our artists, Nick Greenwood, Jaime Jones, Jason Engle, Desmond Ng and Katherine Dinger.
March 11th, 2008
PODCAST - As promised, here is our second podcast. It feels much tighter than the last, with less dead air and 50% more fun. As before, it stars Chris Brown, Chris Dias, Cameron Lauder, Desmond Ng, and Conan Veitch. We answer submitted questions and deal with why people should purchase it. For reasons unclear, it delved into The Matrix, fantasy porn, and Ultraman.
PREVIEW - An exclusive preview of Amethyst. You can view FINAL artwork on the game's visual style.
March 9th, 2008
Tuesday will be another podcast. With the last one, I had some regrets. I was trying for a "fly-on-the wall" feel. This next one will be better, tighter, with music. The role of Chris Dias will be played by Mathew Perry.
Tuesday will also mark the next stage of Amethyst. We will begin posting exclusive previews of Amethyst's final form. You will be able to catch finalized artwork as well as the overall feel of the game. We are all very proud over how its coming out.
February 26th, 2008
PODCAST - The first podcast from the staff of Dias Ex Machina. This one deals with the brief history of Amethyst and a detailed look at the core classes and prestige classes. The majority of the 'cast deals with the development of some noteworthy prestige classes like Urmage, Nihilimancer, and Paladin. We'll do more if this one is received well. Enjoy.
